Weddings & Receptions​

• $500 per day
  ($500 refundable deposit)​

• Access to the center 5 pm the day before for set-up and until 1 pm the next day for clean-up

 

Graduations, Birthdays Anniversaries, Reunions, Meetings, etc.

• $150 per day
  ($150 refundable deposit)​

• $75 per 1/2 day (4 hours) Mon-Fri only
  ($75 refundable deposit)

 

Civic Groups, Service Organizations, Nonprofits, Short meetings

• $75 fee
  ($75 refundable deposit)​

 

Community Events (see examples below)

• No charge
  Ex: RSVP, Sons of Norway, blood drive, elections, Chamber meetings, City Hall requests​

*If you would like to reserve the center the evening before your event, you can do so for an additional $50

Rental Fees are refundable ONLY if you call the Story City Community Center at least 30 days prior to the date of your event.  Deposits are refundable when the Community Center has been left in a clean state and with the tables and chairs back to its initial setting.
